Hello! It's Jennifer Larson, and seeing the products from CHA was a treat. Here's some of the picks I'm looking forward to purchasing this year.
1. Glitz Designs Finnley and Dapper Dan
I tend to be drawn to bright color designs and schemes that are more masculine--I have a lot of greens and blues and browns--so these two definitely fit my style.
2. Jillibean Soup Cold Avocado Soup
Jillibean's graphic style suits me well (plus the colors, of course!), but I particularly love the journaling cards and stamps.
3. Studio Calico Thataway
I am a sucker for orange and yellow and maps. Hello, Thataway.
4. Crate Paper Close Knit
This collection surprised me. It's softer than what I normally like, but was still bright enough to fit my style. And the frames...*sigh*
5. Fancy Pants Designs Happy Go Lucky
*Caveat* I am on the Fancy Pants Designs team. Still, this collection is one of my favorites. The orange and yellow and green, the versatile theme that works beyond the theme--if you've read my reviews in the past, you know this collection fits me to a T.
6. Simple Stories Snap Your Baby/Christmas
I'm not sure I'll use this collection, but I sure appreciate it. If you didn't scrap at all, how easy would it be to create an amazing album in no time at all with these collections? These are gateway drugs for new scrappers--and I mean that in the most positive way. New scrappers will keep the industry alive.
7. Webster's Recorded
Again, yellow and green, graphic designs--and cassette tapes! A trend I noticed at CHA. Awesome.
8. Pink Paislee Color Wash
This will be a lovely collection to scrap with come January when I am tired of bright red and green. So sweet and calm.
Thank you for reading about my favorites!
What do you think--are you as excited about these as I am?
