Becky's Picks from CHA-Winter 2014

{Reported by Becky Williams}

Hello again!

Have you been watching the manufacturer sneaks and photos from the CHA floor like I have?

As I've kept up with what is coming out soon I have been making my list of what I would love to add to my scrappy stash. This was such a good release for so many companies, in my opinion. Texture is everywhere, bold and happy colors are IN and just seeing the new products makes me want to sit down and scrap.

I always have such a hard time narrowing things down!

Here are some of my favorite things:

Pink Paislee Hello Sunshine

After enduring quite a cold, dreery winter so far this Pink Paislee collection is just what the doctor ordered! The bright, happy prints are so fun. The black and white striped alphas are fantastic and I think the fun embellishments will fly off of the store shelves!

Crate Paper Oh Darling

Crate Paper is a long-time favorite of mine and as a mother of four girls this collection is right up my alley. The bold pink chevron-striped page is my favorite but I also really like the scallops on the woodgrain page.

I am a fan of pretty much anything that My Mind's Eye creates and like all of their new releases but the navy blue and gold in this collection is calling my name. I like the mix of stripes and florals and big, bold polka dots in such gorgeous tones.

I really like the bold prints in this one. It is such a fun, ecclectic mix that could work for all kinds of pages. It would be great for both masculine and feminine projects. I am really drawn to the bold aqua-striped paper!

I also really like the bright embellishments found in the DIY Boutique collection from Simple Stories:

And these:

DIY Shop from American Crafts

I especially like the wooden and cork embellishments as well as the roller stamps! SO fun!

I could pick so many more things but should probably stop there.

What were your favorite things from this trade show?
